Meglio confrontarsi con altri professionisti del settore che nell'eventualità ispirano più fiducia, si risparmia di più come mi è capitato (per fare lo stesso identico tipo di interventi all' auto), ed infine niente pagamento in nero.
 Watch out for the prices said so much roughly in a word. Better to deal with other professionals in the sector that in the event inspire more trust, you save more as I have (to do the same type of car interventions), and finally no black payment.

Iniziato non puntualmente a causa di un guasto che può capitare ovviamente. Quando ho spiegato che comunque a causa di un impegno sarei dovuta andare comunque via entro l'orario con loro precedentemente concordato, un signore del personale ha risposto in maniera sgarbata e ad alta voce che non era colpa sua (come se lo avessi accusato...). Io ho usato dei toni pacati e garbati ed ho solo voluto precisare che purtroppo non potevo attendere.
Come se non bastasse, dopo la revisione, sempre la stessa persona facendo retromarcia guidando la mia auto ha tamponato un'altra auto dietro. Ovviamente non tornerò più. Suggerisco una bella vacanza a tutto il personale. Davvero sono allibita.
Bring my car for inspection.
Not started on time due to a breakdown that can obviously happen. When I explained that anyway due to a commitment I would still have to leave within the time previously agreed with them, a staff gentleman replied in a rude and loud voice that it was not his fault (as if I had accused him ... .). I used calm and polite tones and I just wanted to clarify that unfortunately I could not wait.
As if that were not enough, after the revision, the same person always reversing while driving my car and collided with another car in the back. Obviously I will not go back anymore. I suggest a nice vacation to all the staff. I'm really stunned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato auto per revisione, sono stati abbastanza rapidi. Il prezzo è già prestabilito quindi non posso valutare se più cari della concorrenza come officina. Il personale è sembrato cortese e disponibile. Per la mia esperienza lo consiglio.
Brought cars for overhaul, they were quick enough. The price is already fixed so I can't evaluate if they are more expensive than the competition as a workshop. The staff seemed courteous and helpful. In my experience I recommend it.
