Da circa un mese ho chiesto di ordinare un pezzo da sostituire per la mia auto, lo stesso dopo una settimana da me contattato mi riferiva di essersene dimenticato, dicendomi che lo avrebbe riordinato e sarebbe arrivato la settimana successiva, a tre settimane di distanza il titolare ancora non si è fatto sentire, questo è il rispetto che ha verso i suoi clienti, ho deciso di cambiare officina con persone più qualificate e rispettose dei propri clienti La Sua risposta è patetica, nella nuova officina dove mi sono rivolto, il pezzo di ricambio è arrivato dopo tre gg dall'ordine, come mai a lei, come dice, le è arrivato in ritardo? Questo fa capire ancora una volta il suo disinteresse nei miei confronti, anche perché non è la prima volta che mi fa aspettare delle ore, dopo aver preso appuntamento per un semplice tagliando, forse perche si era preso troppa confidenza nei miei confronti, preferendo servire persone che arrivavano dopo di me, sapendo che io non mi sarei lamentato Posso solo confermare che la sua officina va avanti grazie alla professionalità del meccanico Roberto non certamente la sua. Comunque visto che il pezzo di ricambio, come dice, è arrivato, lo conservi per un'altro cliente non certamente per me, e il caffè se lo vada a prendere con qualcun'altro, io al bar ci vado con persone serie Ora capisco, il suo rispetto nei miei confronti era solo perché indossavo una divisa, ora che non la indosso più il rispetto viene meno, per lei contava solo il rispetto per divisa che per la persona COMPLIMENTI The owner treated me very badly after 19 years.
