L'altro ieri si sono rifiutati di fare ecografia ad un minorenne(figlio di una mia amica)perché sprovvisto di tampone... Per me meriterebbero denuncia e chiusura immediata .. Mia madre a quel punto essendo una persona con una piccola pensione non ha potuto fare l'esame richiesto per il suo problema di salute... A questo punto chiedo una spiegazione alla struttura cosa significa che gli esami in cassa mutua sono in sciopero, esigo una risposta al più presto...se no sarò costretto a chiederlo alle autorità competenti! Soprattutto da quando hanno aperto il nuovo centro… telefoni che non funzionano, quindi per prenotare bisogna recarsi in Loco e se non avete Green pass o tampone, rinunciate perché non vi fanno entrare ( un vecchietto l’hanno mandato via!) file chilometriche e disorganizzazione totale! Poca professionalità! Prima non era così… Personalmente erano anni che mi recavo da Gemini per qualsiasi eco… ma posso dire che non è più cosa! Quindi se potete evitate, almeno finché non cambiano modo di fare. Bad! Per il ritiro, attesa di un ora, all'esterno, ma quando è arrivato il mio numero ho dovuto aspettare altri 45min, perché non era pronto il referto ( ma solo dopo si sono accorti che lo avevano già, ma non lo sapeva). Quindi perdita di tempo d'ambo le parti! E non funzionano i telefoni, quindi pure per un informazione si deve affrontare il calvario della disorganizzazione. Mi hanno quindi fatto una nuova prenotazione, e se possibile è andata ancora peggio. L'unica cosa positiva che posso trovare?
