Personale assente, persone specializzate di riferimento assenti. Mia suocera da mesi e mesi in fase acuta e la persona di riferimento che dovrebbe aiutarci a trovare soluzioni o consigliarci e seguirci al meglio (consigli fattibili non sogni!!) è perlopiù assente o non si fa trovare. Siamo 3 nuclei familiari esausti, sfiniti, e lasciati totalmente da soli. Pessimo servizio. Auguro a tutti di non dover mai aver a che fare con questa struttura e queste persone.

Staff absent, specialized reference persons absent. My mother-in-law has been in the acute phase for months and months and the contact person who should help us find solutions or advise and follow us in the best possible way (feasible advice, not dreams !!) is mostly absent or cannot be found. We are 3 families exhausted, exhausted, and left totally alone. Bad service. I wish everyone never having to deal with this structure and these people.
