Ho rinnovato l'abbonamento pagato e ho dovuto attendere due giorni per poter accedere per attivare assicurazione.
Quale non è dato sapere visto che non ho ricevuto altro che la fattura.
In ogni caso non fare accedere un cliente al rinnovo con una motivazione risibile è incredibile!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta cado in questa esperienza miracolosa. Completamente disorganizzati. Ogni persona deve chiedere ad un'altra persona per dare una risposta. I bambini non sono entusiasti delle attività sportive estive o invernali. Uno spazio enorme con immensa potenzialità gestito da più persone ahimè incapaci. Peccato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niente da dire sulla struttura e istruttori...ma sulle ragazze della reception non avrò mezzi termini: SCOSTUMATE, ARROGANTI, CAFONE....un lavoro di front office si basa sul garbo, la gentilezza e la disponibilità.... quelle ragazze non sanno neanche cosa siano. Spero vivamente questa recensione serva per redarguirle. Sicuro per colpa loro un cliente (me) l'hanno perso.
Nothing to say about the structure and instructors ... but about the reception girls I will not mince words: RUDE, ARROGANT, CAFONE .... a front office job is based on grace, kindness and availability .... those girls they don't even know what they are. I sincerely hope this review serves to scold you. Sure because of them a customer (me) lost it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel luogo dove andare a correre. Tutto sommato l'offerta mensile di 30 euro per andare anche ogni giorno è buona, purtroppo alcuni spazi sono sfruttati male. Non ci sono attrezzi se si vuole fare corpo libero all'aperto, c'è solo 1 doccia, lo spogliatoio ha poche sedie e serve un lucchetto di dimensioni ben specifiche che devi comprarti da solo. Un altro svantaggio è che alla cassa non si può pagare in contanti il rinnovo dell'abbonamento ma solo con carta o bonifico. Consigliato solo perché non ci sono alternative
