★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assurdo, mi son ritrovato a fare 10 ore di viaggio (ero fuori città) per una convocazione da parte del cpi, e senza alcun avviso online, dove si diceva essere aperto oggi, venerdì 16 agosto, come un comune venerdì, arrivo e vedo la porta chiusa, con tanto di cartello "venerdì 16 agosto saranno chiusi al pubblico" io rimango allibito.
Non dico di non farvi le ferie, per carità, ma un'avviso online, per chi come me era fuori città, sarebbe stato gradito.
Possibile che adesso debba ritrovarmi legalmente sanzionabile per la mancata presenza ad una convocazione da VOI fatta, per una vostra negligenza? A dir poco scandaloso.
Absurd, I found myself traveling 10 hours (I was out of town) for a summons from the PES, and without any online warning, where it was said to be open today, Friday 16 August, as a common Friday, I arrive and I see the door closed, with a sign "Friday, August 16 will be closed to the public" I am stunned.
I do not say not to take your vacation, for heaven's sake, but an online warning, for those like me who were out of town, would have been welcome.
Is it possible that I now have to find myself legally sanctionable for failing to attend a summons by YOU, for your negligence? To say the least scandalous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio! In questo ufficio trovi addirittura i mediatori linguistici. Con tutti i corsi di italiano che ci sono (pagati da noi contribuenti), lo straniero ha pure bisogno di un mediatore linguistico nei centri di impiego!?
Bad service! You can even find language mediators in this office. With all the Italian courses available (paid by us taxpayers), the foreigner also needs a language mediator in the employment centers !?

L unica risposta che sanno dare è noi non siamo Stati informati. Ma allora mi chiedo cosa state a fare lì? Scaldare le poltrone? Personale di questo tipo andrebbe formato ed aggiornato nel tempo.

The only answer they can give is we have not been informed. But then I wonder what are you doing there? Warm the armchairs? Personnel of this type should be trained and updated over time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho avuto alcun problema con gli impiegati ma la disorganizzazione di tale ufficio. L'emblema di quanto le cose funzionino male nel nostro paese. Vado al mattino per un certificato restando in attesa, mi viene detto, insieme ad un altro signore, di ritornare il pomeriggio. Al pomeriggio il signore è il primo ad essere ricevuto mentre a me non viene data la concessione di saltare la coda.
Non ho voluto polemizzare per evitare di fare storie e mi ritengo abbastanza tollerante ed evito ben volentieri le critiche quando posso, ma questa chiamasi mancanza di educazione e rispetto.
I didn't have any problems with the employees but the disorganization of that office. The emblem of how bad things are in our country. I go in the morning for a certificate while waiting, I am told, together with another gentleman, to come back in the afternoon. In the afternoon the gentleman is the first to be received while I am not allowed to skip the queue.
I did not want to argue to avoid making a fuss and I consider myself quite tolerant and I gladly avoid criticism when I can, but this is called lack of education and respect.

Per il resto, rompere per gel e mascherina a chi entra.. dopo 2 anni di prese per i fondelli è abbastanza inaccettabile.. ma tanto ormai..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per prendere un appuntamento per mia moglie e ci hanno trovato un posto velocemente. L'appuntamento era fissato per ieri, hanno aperto alle 9.06 perché abbiamo suonato il campanello. La sig.a che ha aperto ha avuti modi scortesi nel rivolgersi a tutti. Per non parlare di chi ci ha gestito la pratica.
Ritengo che ci sia molto da rivedere.
Ho letto molte recensioni negative pertanto spero che chi di dovere faccia qualcosa prendendo provvedimenti
I called to make an appointment for my wife and they found us a place quickly. The appointment was set for yesterday, they opened at 9.06 because we rang the bell. The lady who opened had rude ways in addressing everyone. Not to mention who handled the file for us.
I believe there is a lot to review.
I have read many negative reviews so I hope that those in charge will do something and take action
