 Reading the reviews I thought I wasn't getting a response from the office. Instead they not only answered me, but they gave me all the information I needed in a polite way. I found kindness and courtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impiegati scortesi che sono in grado solo di conoscere e fare conoscere solo la fretta di chiudere la pratica e mandare a casa. Non ti sostengono ed aiutano neanche nella compilazione di un modulo, non so come sia possibile che possano aiutare nel reinserimento nel mondo nel lavoro.
Rude employees who are only able to know and make known only the rush to close the file and send home. They do not support you and even help you in filling out a form, I do not know how it is possible that they can help in reintegrating into the world at work.

Non si può fare nessun servizio, ti presenti li e qualsiasi cosa ti dicono che va fatta online, vai online e non funziona niente. Mettete a lavorare i giovani al posto degli ultra 70enni con una concezione della società reteograda.
Now with the covid they have a new excuse not to do anything more. No service can be done, you show up there and whatever they tell you needs to be done online, you go online and nothing works. Put young people to work instead of over 70s with a conception of the network-based society.

Ovviamente fanno il possibile per aiutare le persone,se chiediamo l'impossibile allora dobbiamo andare altrove!
Il problema più grande è la prenotazione obbligatoria su Cliclavoro...tempi di attesa troppo lunghi e poco accessibile alle persone meno pratiche con internet.
The staff is really helpful, they solved a problem in a short time ... they are very kind and understanding!
Obviously they do everything possible to help people, if we ask for the impossible then we have to go elsewhere!
The biggest problem is the compulsory booking on Cliclavoro ... waiting times too long and not very accessible to people less familiar with the internet.

Non potendo parlare subito con l'operatore che doveva seguire la pratica, ho lasciato il mio numero e sono stata ricontatta dopo pochi minuti (questo non capita spesso!). Ho trovato una persona competente e gentile che ha saputo dare un rapido riscontro alle mie richieste.
