They never answer the phone, put the phone out of place or even drop calls absurd

Mi accorgo tramite l INPS che mi vengono scalati dalla mia pensione circa 25 /30al mese per una adesione al patronato di cui nn conoscevo l esistenza. Ho perso in un anno circa 300 euro.... Il tutto senza essere autorizzati.... Delusa al massimo! Vado al caf per essere aiutata e loro mi fregano
I asked a question and paid 10 euros. I realize through the INPS that I am deducted from my pension about 25/30 per month for joining the patronage of which I did not know the existence. I lost about 300 euros in a year .... All without being authorized .... Disappointed to the fullest! I go to the café for help and they screw me
