R	Robi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio è lentissimo e a volte non sanno nemmeno loro quello che devi fare..... ti mandano in giro a associazioni di categoria, al ufficio del ispettorato ecc, cioè passano la bolla ad un altro quando non sanno fare, io mi chiedo coma mai lavorano lí. L'unica pecca è il personale all'ingresso. Si riuscirà a rispondere con un sorriso invece di essere sempre scocciati? Sicuramente mi ha dato suggerimenti validi e mi ha incoraggiato. Ci fossero più persone così! Mi ha proposto un altro colloquio per definire meglio i miei obbiettivi. Il colloquio in questione l'ho fatto con un'altra orientatrice, una psicologa che si è rivelata assolutamente poco professionale. Con il suo giochino psicologico ha esposto secondo i suoi criteri la mia personalità, mortificandomi e bocciando le mie idee. Tra l'altro ha mostrato segni d'impazienza e di poca tolleranza quando si è accorta che il mio ragionamento non era in sintonia con il suo. Questo mi ha portato a mettermi sulla difensiva perché stavo giustamente iniziando a perdere la pazienza. Dopo questo incontro mi sono sentita demoralizzata! Se è così che pensate di aiutare i disoccupati,complimenti davvero! Un consiglio:non date gli appuntamenti all'ora di pranzo, che poi i vostri dipendenti si lamentano se si sta facendo tardi! Mando una mail dal portale Arti Toscana, nulla. Vado direttamente al centro per l'impiego e mi dicono di chiamare al centralino di Firenze. Chiamo al centralino mi rispondono di mandare una mail. BASTA! Uno che deve fare per poter, quantomeno, tentare di cercare lavoro ??? Since the beginning of September I have been trying to get an appointment to update my data and to date still no answer. Chiami alle 11 di lunedì mattina non risponde nessuno e ti richiameranno loro quando saranno in comodo (ovvero quando non saranno al bar a prendere il cappuccino o quando non saranno da qualche parte col ganzo/ganza). AVETE VISTO UN BEL MONDO VAI! ************************************ 2019: Servizio pubblico un po' inutile, reso "necessario" solo dalla farraginosa e contorta burocrazia italiana. Le attese agli sportelli spesso sono lunghe. Il personale per la maggior parte è gentile e qualificato. 10.01.2022: on Saturdays you are closed. Sunday of course. Last Friday you made BRIDGE. You call at 11 on Monday morning, no one answers and they will call you back when they are comfortable (i.e. when they are not at the bar to get a cappuccino or when they are not somewhere with the ganzo / ganza).
