Una tale disorganizzazione non è concessa!!!! Per non parlare del personale!!! Poco disponibile e ancor meno cortesi. Such an important center cannot remain closed due to a trivial power failure. From Friday which is not available and we are on Monday !! Such disorganization is not allowed !!!! Not to mention the staff !!! Not very helpful and even less courteous.

P	Pasqualino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ??? Al telefono non risponde nessuno. Per via dell' emergenza la voce guida dice che gli uffici sono chiusi al pubblico, e invita ad effettuare le richieste via mail. Solo che la mail risulta inesistente, visto che l' ho inviata e non è andata a buon fine. Non capisco come devono fare le persone per richiedere le cose di cui hanno bisogno. Adesso ci manca solo che vado agli uffici e invece magari li trovo aperti ? ??? No one answers the phone. Due to the emergency, the guiding voice says that the offices are closed to the public, and invites you to make requests via email.
