★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, purtroppo devo aggiungere una recensione negativa a quella di mia moglie Fiorella Andreotti, ad oggi 16 febbraio 2020 non ha ricevuto nessuna indicazione terapeutica dal centro., il contatto ultimo di mia moglie è stato il 6 febbraio. In tale periodo cioè 10 giorni nessuno si è degnato di rispondere. Veramente delusi da tale comportamento non professionale.
Pubblichiamo ciò per far conoscere la mancanza totale di aiuto medico.
 Hello, unfortunately I have to add a negative review to that of my wife Fiorella Andreotti, to date 16 February 2020 has not received any therapeutic indication from the center., My wife's last contact was on 6 February. During this period, that is 10 days, no one deigned to answer. Really disappointed by such unprofessional behavior.
We publish this to raise awareness of the total lack of medical help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata visitata il 5/12/19 per un bruciore agli occhi, ho ricevuto una terapia del tutto inefficace e il giorno 8/1/20 ho ricontattato il centro, dopo qualche giorno la segretaria mi informa di continuare la terapia togliendo un collirio.
il problema non migliora, il giorno 14/1/20 ricontatto il centro e ancora la segretaria dopo giorni mi informa di continuare , la situazione non migliora e il giorno 20/1/20 ricontatto il centro e la segretaria nuovamente mi ricontatta proponendomi nuovo collirio.
La situazione non solo non migliora ma forse il bruciore aumenta e ricontatto il centro il giorno 26/1/20.
Purtroppo ad oggi (6/2/20 nb!) nessuno mi ha ricontattato, neanche la segretaria che non credo con tutto il rispetto abbia grandi esperienze mediche, mi chiedo e' un comportamento professionale?
Mi sono rivolta a un medico specialista privato, pagando il dovuto e non poco e non solo non ho avuto beneficio, non ho avuto neanche una grande attenzione come paziente. Questo per informare della mia esperienza, sicuramente non mi rivolgero' piu' al centro.

I was visited on 5/12/19 for a burning in the eyes, I received completely ineffective therapy and on 8/1/20 I contacted the center, after a few days the secretary informed me to continue the therapy by removing an eye drop.
the problem does not improve, on 14/1/20 I contacted the center again and the secretary after days informs me to continue, the situation does not improve and on 20/1/20 I contacted the center and the secretary again contacted me proposing new eye drops .
The situation not only does not improve but perhaps the burning increases and I contact the center again on 1/26/20.
Unfortunately to date (6/2/20 nb!) Nobody has contacted me, not even the secretary who I do not think with all respect has great medical experiences, I wonder is it professional behavior?
I turned to a private medical specialist, paying the due and not a little and not only did I not benefit, I didn't even have a great deal of attention as a patient. This to inform of my experience, surely I will not turn to the center anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia unica, e irripetibile, esperienza in questo centro è stata negativa. Le visite sono superficiali e frettolose, forse perché tra una prenotazione e l'altra vi sono molti "imbucati" per cui alla fine per riuscire a inserire tutti sembra più di essere in catena di montaggio. L'unica cosa accurata e sostanziosa è la tariffa per la visita. Francamente non riesco a capire come possa essere frequentato un centro del genere, per certe cifre ci sono molti professionisti migliori.
My one, and unrepeatable, experience in this center was negative. The visits are superficial and hasty, perhaps because between one booking and another there are many "posted" so in the end to be able to insert everyone seems more like being on an assembly line. The only thing that is accurate and substantial is the fee for the visit. Frankly I can't understand how such a center can be attended, for certain figures there are many better professionals.
