Grazie a tutti i medici, alle assistenti, ma anche a Elena e Luana, che hanno accolto me ed il piccolo come se fossimo di famiglia! Complimenti! A splendid eye medical center for young and old, I took my grandson for his first eye examination, an absolute success! Thanks to all the doctors, the assistants, but also to Elena and Luana, who welcomed me and the baby as if we were family! Congratulations!

Ma sopratutto sono rimasta soddisfatta della prestazione professionale ricevuta, assolutamente impeccabile. Ambiente curato, attenzione all’igiene e ai dettagli. I went to the Ophthalmology Center today for a routine visit and I was very happy with how I was greeted by the courteous, efficient and attentive secretarial staff. But above all I was satisfied with the professional service received, absolutely flawless. Well-finished environment, attention to hygiene and details.

È inoltre sempre molto disponibile nel fornire al paziente tutte le spiegazioni richieste. Anche la sua collaboratrice, Dott.ssa Alessandra Carlini, è molto cortese come anche il personale di segreteria, che cerca in ogni modo di facilitarti negli appuntamenti. For some years I have been followed by Dr. Nicola Passarelli, an ophthalmologist of proven ability and great professionalism. He is also always very helpful in providing the patient with all the required explanations. Her collaborator, Dr. Alessandra Carlini, is also very courteous as well as the secretarial staff, who try in every way to facilitate your appointments.
Y	Yatima Santamorena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bah, avevo l'appuntamento preso settimane prima ma anche arrivando in orario ho dovuto aspettare quasi un'ora senza nessun motivo particolare per poi fare una visita di solo 5 minuti e con il medico sbagliato... per poi farmi dire che l'altro medico che mi doveva visitare dopo era assente ma non potevano avvertirmi prima? ho buttato ore e soldi senza concludere nulla poi vabè lasciamo perdere che il bagno neanche aveva la carta igienica non è stata una bella esperienza lo staff in questo centro è molto disorganizzato bah, I had the appointment made weeks before but even arriving on time I had to wait almost an hour for no particular reason to then make a visit of only 5 minutes and with the wrong doctor ... and then be told that the other doctor who was to see me later was absent but couldn't they have warned me before? I wasted hours and money without getting anything done then okay forget that the bathroom did not even have toilet paper it was not a good experience the staff in this center are very disorganized

C	Charles Sabatier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was visiting Firenze from the States and had an emergency eye infection. It was so bad that any light entering the eye hurt like hell. I was able to show up at the center on a Friday afternoon while being greeted by a fantastic receptionist (who spoke english well), she called the Dr. since I was a walk, then I was able to meet with a doctor within 10 minutes, and the appointment itself only took 6 minutes. Dr. Nicola Passarelli took my appointment and I showed him the useless eye drops the pharmacy had given me, he scoffed at them. He asked me a couple of questions, put some drops in my eyes for the exam, and he had me sit down in the chair to look at my eyes. I left with a prescription for two medicines that would solve my eye problems within a few days. Even the next day, I was able to handle normal sunlight again. I headed back to pharmacy to return the useless drops and pick up the new ones. Even without insurance in Italy the drops were only 25 euros or so. If you are having any problems, definitely visit this group of ophthalmologists! I couldn't be happier with the care I received.

We are so thankful wonderful kind honest service. Typically the same amount of money or even less than you would pay in Canada or America. Highly recommend this clinic Thank you
