★ ★ ★ ★ ★ apparte 50 minuti di ritardo senza una telefonata apparte la chiamata di 40euro mi chiede 50 euro per cambiare un elettrovalvola che ne costa 14...direi un po' troppo caro per i tempi che corrono nn lo richiamerei è nn lo consiglierei a nessuno...a naturalmente per i 40 euro di chiamata neanche uno straccio di fattura....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato questo centro perché non si apriva lo sportello della mia lavatrice marca Bosch.
Arrivato il tecnico a casa mi ha detto che c'era da cambiare la maniglia ed il micro interruttore della lavatrice e mi ha fatto un preventivo di 150 euro (inclusa la chiamata di 40 euro).
Fatto sta che il preventivo mi sembrava un po' esagerato data l'entità del problema, allora ho deciso di comprare una maniglia su internet pagandola 10 euro e montarmela da solo.
Cambiando solo la maniglia (senza interruttore) il problema si è risolto ed ora la lavatrice si apre di nuovo correttamente.
Il problema è che, oltre al prezzo esageratamente alto, il tecnico voleva sostituire anche un pezzo funzionante e questo non lo ritengo professionale, anzi, quasi al limite della truffa verso un cliente.
Pertanto, possibilmente, evitate.

Changing only the handle (without switch) the problem is solved and now the washing machine opens again correctly.
The problem is that, in addition to the exaggeratedly high price, the technician wanted to replace even a working piece and this I do not consider professional, indeed, almost to the limit of fraud towards a customer.
Therefore, if possible, avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stato oggi con la mia compagna e devo dire che la signora con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare è molto gentile, disponibile, competente e paziente, poiché ieri sera è stata ben 14 minuti con me al telefono per aiutarmi a capire una cosa che non sapevo.

Oggi è il 27 gennaio e dopo pochi giorni sono stato contattato dalla signora cui mi sono riferito giorni fa la quale mi ha detto che il cassetto è arrivato...sono rimasto stupito per la velocità, poiché mi aveva detto che sarebbe arrivato entro il 14 febbraio (il cassetto).
Ribadisco quanto detto pochi giorni fa e francamente consiglierei a chiunque di andare al Centro Multimarche Mauro.

Today is January 27th and after a few days I was contacted by the lady I referred to days ago who told me that the drawer has arrived ... I was amazed at the speed, as she told me it would arrive by 14 February (the drawer).
I repeat what I said a few days ago and frankly I would recommend anyone to go to the Centro Multimarche Mauro.
