Signora De Benedictis, si evince dal Suo scritto un astio nei confronti della Sig.ra Rosaria (ne disconosce finanche il nome) dettato da motivi che Lei conosce benissimo, Lei non ha chiesto "solo info" ma pretendeva la precedenza per la sua mamma (in uno Stato di diritto chi soffre non è diverso da altri) dimostrando una totale mancanza di rispetto verso gli altri utenti. La Sig.ra Rosaria ha tentato di farLe comprendere che non è così che vanno le cose (forse lei è abituata ad essere "servita" immediatamente, ciò può farlo tranquillamente in una boutique o al ristorante non in un Centro riabilitativo). E' chiaro il Suo malessere psichico ma il Centro in questione ha personale qualificatissimo e cortese (seri professionisti che sono dediti alle sofferenze altrui e lo fanno con amore ed abnegazione), le Sue parole non Le fanno di certo onore nè possono scalfire l' eccellente servizio che il Centro offre, si astenga da ulteriori commenti offensivi ed astiosi o mi vedrò costretto mio malgrado ad agire nelle sedi più opportune. La sig.ra Rosaria o Rosanna è stata arrogante e sgarbata rifiutandosi di dare indicazioni su ogni mia domanda. Un centro che funziona tanto male potrebbe sopperire con un pò di educazione! Infatti, prendendo informazioni ho ricevuto solo commenti negativi. A mia mamma che è una persona anziana e che si è rivolta con estrema cortesia le ha sbattuto le carte sul tavolo. Neanche l'ignoranza può giustificare tanta maleducazione!! PESSIMO! Informo gli utenti che in giro ci sono tanti centri che oltre a funzionare bene sanno come accogliere il paziente!
