★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avessi potuto nemmeno una stella avrei dato almeno per quanto riguarda la professionalità e l'educazione del personale al centralino. Una sola parola per definirli:pessimi. Assolutamente da sconsigliare.
 If I could have not even a star I would have given at least as regards the professionalism and education of the staff at the switchboard. One word to define them: bad. Absolutely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho frequentato il centro un anno fa da fine ottobre 2018 a metà marzo 2019 a causa di una brutta caduta che mi ha provocato una frattura scomposta pluriframmentaria del capitello radiale (avambraccio) ho subito due interventi primo con introduzione di protesi il secondo per rimuovere la protesi che mi avevo provocato una pericolosa infezione, accompagnata da una copiosa fuoriuscita di pus e sangue dalla ferita, se nn trattata tempestivamente questa infezione avrebbe potuto intaccare l'articolazione radio-ulnare con blocco permanente ed irreversibile dell'articolazione, ciò nn è accaduto grazie alla professionalità, umanità e onesta di Raffaele Caracciolo, uno dei fisioterapisti del Centro, dal mio punto di vista il migliore, una persona di poche parole ma di estrema concretezza e pragmatismo. Difficile trovare una persona che con passione e dedizione cerca di dare il massimo in ogni trattamento di riabilitazione, è riuscito dove tutti credevano che sarebbe stato un fallimento, un supporto medico, umano ed emotivo impareggiabile, nn finirò mai di ringraziarlo. Se ho recuperato al 70% l'uso del braccio è soprattutto grazie a lui, consigliatissimo soprattutto per il trattamento delle riabilitazioni post-traumatiche o da intervento chirurgico. Un menzione va anche Ad Antonio in sala attrezzi, un professionista di grande umanità pronto ad accogliere tutti con il sorriso.
I attended the center a year ago from the end of October 2018 to mid-March 2019 due to a bad fall that caused me a multi-fragmented broken fracture of the radial capital (forearm) I underwent two interventions first with the introduction of prostheses the second to remove the prosthesis that I had caused a dangerous infection, accompanied by a copious leakage of pus and blood from the wound, if nn treated promptly this infection could have affected the radio-ulnar joint with permanent and irreversible blockage of the joint, this did not happen thanks to the professionalism, humanity and honesty of Raffaele Caracciolo, one of the physiotherapists of the Center, from my point of view the best, a person of few words but of extreme concreteness and pragmatism. It is difficult to find a person who with passion and dedication tries to give his best in every rehabilitation treatment, he succeeded where everyone believed that it would be a failure, an incomparable medical, human and emotional support, I will never finish thanking him. If I recovered to 70% the use of the arm is mainly thanks to him, highly recommended above all for the treatment of post-traumatic or surgical rehabilitation. A mention also goes to Antonio in the tool room, a professional of great humanity ready to welcome everyone with a smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, come responsabile del Centro Salus fkt, tenga a precisare: il nostro è un centro di fisioterapia all'avanguardia, sia per tecnologia e professionalità. Da sempre la nostra Mission è la riduzione del dolore ed il recupero funzionale.
Molte le prestazioni in convenzione, che comunque non riescono a soddisfare la richiesta per un budget esiguo assegnato dalla Regione.
Spesso questo comporta liste di attesa, ci dispiace se questo genera malumori o orrabiatura per gli utenti, ma noi siamo obbligati ad un numero massimo di prestazioni giornaliere in convenzione. Sul privato abbiamo molta più disponibilità. Non accettiamo la recensione negativa, probabilmente frutto di una non disponibilità data.
Hello, as head of the Salus fkt Center, keep in mind: ours is a state-of-the-art physiotherapy center, both in terms of technology and professionalism. Our mission has always been the reduction of pain and functional recovery.
There are many services in the agreement, which however cannot satisfy the request for a small budget assigned by the Region.
Often this involves waiting lists, we are sorry if this generates discontent or annoyance for users, but we are obliged to have a maximum number of daily services in agreement. On the private sector we have much more availability. We do not accept the negative review, probably the result of a given unavailability.
