Pertanto mi organizzo, prendo un permesso dall'ufficio ed arrivo partendo dall'altra parte di Roma alle 18:15, ma mi dicono che il medico era andato via. Mai in vita mia ed almeno in uno studio privato mi era capitata una cosa del genere, da qui il mio sgomento. Today I had booked a Holter at your facility with Dr. Luigi Iaia told me at 6.00 pm. Therefore I organize myself, I take a permit from the office and I arrive starting from the other side of Rome at 18:15, but they tell me that the doctor had left. Never in my life and at least in a private study had such a thing happened to me, hence my dismay.

All'arrivo nel pomeriggio faccio l'accettazione e rinnovo la mia richiesta di visita non agonistica. Quando il medico mi riceve non trova la mia prenotazione, che sicuramente avevano smarrito. Pazienza, iniziamo lo stesso la visita e mi sottopone a una serie di esercizi pesanti. Finisco il test che sono sudato come una bestia. Faccio presente al dottore che non mi aspettavo di sudare tanto nella visita non agonistica, visto che sono in giacca e cravatta e tra 10 minuti dovrei rientrare in ufficio. Il medico mi risponde imbarazzato che pensava dovessi fare una visita agonistica. All'accettazione faccio presente la sciatteria con cui hanno gestito la mia prenotazione e vengo ignorato dalla segretaria. Solo alla fine una sua collega esce e si scusa di non aver comunicato al medico la tipologia di visita. Risultato: sono rientrato in ufficio sudato da far schifo. Grazie mille. AVOID IF YOU CAN. On the morning of 4/1/2019 I book a non-competitive sports medical visit for 3:40 pm of the same day. Upon arrival in the afternoon I accept and renew my request for a non-competitive visit. When the doctor receives me, he does not find my reservation, which they have surely lost. Patience, let's start the visit and submit to a series of heavy exercises. I finish the test that I'm sweating like a beast. I point out to the doctor that I did not expect to sweat so much in the non-competitive visit, since I'm in a suit and tie and within 10 minutes I should return to the office. The doctor replies, embarrassed, that he thought I should make a competitive visit. I accept the sloppiness with which they handled my booking and I am ignored by the secretary. Only at the end a colleague goes out and apologizes for not having communicated the type of visit to the doctor. Result: I returned to the sweaty office to be disgusting. Thanks a lot.

Non credevo esistessero ancora medici di questo calibro, persona eccezionale medico indiscusso, professionalità unica nel suo genere, ha salvato la vita a me e mio marito per tre patologie diverse, bessun medico aveva capito i sintomi e nessun specialista aveva trovato un rimedio, questo mago della medicina in una visita di 30 minuti in totale ha cambiato le nostre vite. Vengo visitato, si fa per dire, da un allergologo che si limita a scrivere sul computer e a sentenziare le sue convinzioni su importanza dei vaccinianti covid. Poca empatia e nessun tipo di visita. Soldi buttati via. Da evitare. Bad experience. Catalucci ha salvato la vita,l’unico che è riuscito a capire in pochissimo tempo quello che mi stava succedendo. Alla Reception molto cortesi e disponibili. Arrivati alla reception la segreteria imbarazzata mi comunica che la prenotazione risulta si effettuata ma per una data a 4 mesi di distanza. Cosi come siamo entrati siamo usciti e non credo metterei più piede vista la superficialità con cui è stata gestita la prenotazione. I booked a pediatric visit during the week: by calling on Monday for the following Thursday. When I arrive at the reception, the embarrassed secretary tells me that the reservation has been made but for a date 4 months away. As we entered we went out and I don't think I would set foot again given the superficiality with which the booking was managed.
