★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato costretto a pagare 80 € per un semplice preventivo (fatto male in aggiunta). Mi sono rivolto a professionisti più seri. Giudizio negativo.
Aggiornamento del 15/04/21. La replica dello Studio riporta informazioni non veritiere alle quali non intendo controbattere: aggiungo solo che durante la cosiddetta "visita specialistica" la Dott.ssa non ha nemmeno toccato la paziente (si è limitata a guardare la zona interessata).
Per quanto mi riguarda confermo il mio giudizio negativo ed il fatto che mi sono rivolto ad altri professionisti che (con il senno di poi) reputo più seri.
 I was forced to pay 80 € for a simple quote (badly done in addition). I turned to more serious professionals. Negative judgment.
Update of 15/04/21. The study's reply reports untruthful information to which I do not intend to argue: I would add only that during the so-called "specialist visit" the Doctor did not even touch the patient (she merely looked at the affected area).
As for me, I confirm my negative opinion and the fact that I have turned to other professionals who (with hindsight) I consider more serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono sottoposto ad un trattamento presso questo centro con esito non soddisfacente.
Ho avuto un forte arrossamento che si è protratto per molti mesi.
**IN RISPOSTA ALLA CLINICA**
1) Nel consulto informato che fate firmare non c'era certo scritto che il rossore potesse durare così a lungo fino a 10 mesi.
2) Allego la foto del preventivo dov'è "Tutto spiegato preliminarmente anche nel preventivo che le era stato consegnato".
Se così fosse che esistono trattamenti più o meno costosi, voi siete disposti ad esporre a tali risci i vostri pazienti?
3) Per quanto concerne le vostre proposte per risolvere la cosa; la Dottoressa che ha eseguito il trattamento mi ha bloccato su whatsapp dopo che le avevo fatto notare la mia non soddisfazione dopo 5 mesi in cui il rossore persisteva.
Solo dopo 10 mesi di continue telefonate presso il vostro centro mi avete proposto un trattamente "riparatore" con laser frazionato, che poi vedendo il laser a cui sono stato sottoposto presso nell'altro centro a cui mi sono rivolto per risolvere il problema, era totalmente l'opposto da quello proposto da voi.

** IN RESPONSE TO CLINIC **
1) In the informed consultation that you have signed it was certainly not written that the redness could last for up to 10 months.

If so that there are more or less expensive treatments, are you willing to expose your patients to such risks?
3) Regarding your proposals to resolve the matter; the Doctor who performed the treatment blocked me on whatsapp after I pointed out my non-satisfaction after 5 months in which the redness persisted.
Only after 10 months of continuous phone calls at your center did you offer me a "repairing" treatment with a fractional laser, which then seeing the laser I was subjected to at the other center to which I turned to solve the problem, was totally the opposite of the one proposed by you.

Nello specifico caso del rinofiller consiglio la visita preliminare, verrete seguite/i passo passo e la ricostruzione digitale 3d fornisce un ottimo prospetto del risultato finale.
My experience was more than satisfactory, starting from the courteous staff up to Dr. Chemello who, besides being professional, proved to be honest and attentive to my personal needs.
In the specific case of the rhinofiller, I recommend a preliminary visit, you will be followed step by step and the 3d digital reconstruction provides an excellent overview of the final result.
