Ma dico io, ma come si fa?? Ora grazie a questi "professionisti" dobbiamo rifare una terapia ben complessa daccapo, oltreché ovviamente rifare questo esame, ma non andremo certamente da loro!!! (cosa non vera), vbbè fisso un appuntamento con uno specialista, arrivo all'appuntamento non risulto fra gli appuntamenti.. Lo specialista non c'è, mi passano una biologa che in 1 minuto senza visitarmi e senza leggere perbene il referto mi dice che c'è poco da fare.. Come se si stesse a parlare di una partita di calcio.. Allora capiscono che mi devono far visitare da un urologo, ma ormai il cliente lo avete perso, sono andato altrove e contrariamente a quello che frettolosamente la biologa mi ha detto, ho risolto tutti i miei problemi. Ciao. La mia osservazione va al personale della reception che ritengo debba sempre avvisare che il pagamento di ogni prestazione debba essere in formato tracciabile, per poter essere scaricato nella denuncia dei redditi. Non ricordavo che da gennaio, ogni pagamento in contanti non permette la detrazione dall'Irpef delle spese sanitarie. In questi ambienti, le spese che i cittadini debbono sostenere per curarsi, non sono banali. nothing to complain about the doctor who has been following me for years and that I consider a serious and professional person. My observation goes to the reception staff who I believe should always advise that the payment of each service must be in traceable format, in order to be downloaded in the tax return. I did not remember that since January, every cash payment does not allow the deduction of health costs from the income tax. Siamo dovuti approdare, fortunatamente, al Policlinico Gemelli, a costi irrisori, per risolvere in pochi mesi i nostri problemi e scoprire che siamo ancora fertili.
