Al giorno d oggi vedere una scena simile per poter avere un semplice documento è veramente triste . I arrived at 7-20 in the morning and was the tenth behind me an untold line of people ... many of them had to turn their heels and leave as the numbers for that day were only 20 due to lack of staff. Nowadays, seeing such a scene in order to have a simple document is really sad.

Faccio presente che nella sala d'attesa era rimasta solo una persona. Alle ore 11.30 di oggi il distributore umano di numeri(un signore in carne ed ossa )Non dà più numeri per le prenotazioni agli sportelli.a precisa mia domanda di voler parlare con un responsabile risponde che nessuno è in ufficio oggi.Legga in bacheca le disposizioni ,Vado a leggere e con mia delusione .... Si distribuiscono 60 numeri al giorno.Ritorno a parlare con il distributore di numeri,ne hanno dati 26 di numeri,lo stesso signore mi dice che non ho letto bene la circolare....E sapete cosa rileggo?Per esigenze organizzative interne si danno i numeri...ma quanti numeri?
