★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese, lunga attesa, anche se prenoti online, disorganizzati, orribile. Il sindaco dovrebbe fare qualcosa per cambiare il personale rendendo l'ufficio efficente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio a dir poco scandaloso,personale incompetente lento e maleducato. Su 8 sportelli aperti ne funzionano 3,e tra una PerSona e l'altra i dipendenti ne approfittano per caffè sigaretta e pause di dubbia utilità .

To say the least outrageous office, slow and rude incompetent staff. 3 out of 8 open counters operate, and between one PerSona and another, employees take advantage of it for coffee, cigarettes and breaks of dubious utility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per rinnovare il patto di servizio bisogna prenotare un appuntamento online, e mi hanno detto addirittura che entro settembre non ci sono giorni liberi per le prenotazioni....di male in peggio

Anche se un po' diffidenti per i certificati richiesti dalle aziende, si sono mostrati disponibili per la risoluzione della mia richiesta e per questo ho avuto una buona impressione. Grazie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cordialità e competenza, non capisco le recensioni negative considerata la mia personale esperienza, ho atteso meno di un'ora quando in altri CPI bisogna mettere le tende. All'accoglienza un'impiegata paziente snellisce l'attesa sbrigando alcune pratiche . Allo sportello il collega celere e disponibile. Almeno 6 gli sportelli attivi .Esperienza positiva. Buon lavoro.
Friendliness and competence, I don't understand the negative reviews considering my personal experience, I waited less than an hour when in other CPI you have to put up the curtains. At the reception, a patient employee streamlines the wait by taking care of some practices. The expedited colleague is available at the counter. At least 6 branches active. Positive experience. Good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poveracci sti impiegati sono gentili ma delle vere frane, oltre al fatto che hanno dei mezzi obsoleti, loro sono lenti, impacciati ed imbranati. Non sarebbero così vecchi se solo s'impegnassero ad aggiornarsi un tantino, dico un tantino con la tecnologia. Ma niente non ce la fanno proprio. Con affetto , in quanto mi pare di vedere i miei genitori, solo che loro non facevano gli impiegati dietro ad uno sportello.
