Il buongiorno si vede dal mattino. Il centro è ben organizzato e non ho aspettato tantissimo, ma dispiace per i lunghi tempi di attesa per il ritiro di un referto. Arriva la segretaria alterata che c'erano ritardi e avevano spostato il mio appuntamento delle 10 alle 12,30....chiedo perché non mi hanno avvisata al mio arrivo e nessuno mi risponde, si gira e va via. Sono le 12,48 chiedo ad una assistente e mi dice che mi chiameranno alle 13,30.....organizzazione da schifo, rispetto degli ammalati non pervenuto. Pessimo centro, da evitare sicuramente per i prossimi esami capisco gli imprevisti ma potevano gestire meglio il tutto. First time in this center and I hope it is also the last .... Chiedo spiegazioni alla segreteria che si irrita perché c’erano ritardi e mi hanno spostato l’appuntamento per ultimo con orario ancora da stabilire. Potevano dirlo appena sono arrivato stamattina ma non lo hanno fatto, visto che lo sapevano da ieri secondo la collega. The organization is pitiful. Dopo 20 minuti di attesa telefonica, inizio a sentire qualcuno discutere e richiamo l'attenzione con il classico "pronto"... dopo qualche secondo mi riagganciano la chiamata, riprovo a chiamare immediatamente e ora il telefono risulta occupato (messo sicuramente fuori posto). Avevo già letto le recensioni negative, ho voluto tentare lo stesso, perchè sono del parere che per dare giudizi personali, bisogna anche provare personalmente. Ma non posso che confermare la scortesia, la maleducazione e la disorganizzazione che si ha nel riagganciare il telefono a chi è in attesa da oltre 20 minuti per prenotare un esame diagnostico. Più si va avanti e più si dimenticano i valori di rispetto ed educazione verso gli altri. Quando non si è capaci a gestire le cose, CAMBIATE LAVORO! Vivrete meglio Voi e farete vivere meglio anche gli altri.
