Sebbene il ragazzo che si occupa della parte meccanica sembri sufficientemente preparato, (almeno per quel poco che ho potuto vedere), il suo atteggiamento è completamente fuoriluogo, e di sicuro nessuno che abbia a cuore il proprio business dovrebbe atteggiarsi in questa maniera arrogante e sprezzante verso il cliente, dove per un suo giudizio personale ingiustificato non solo tratta il cliente in maniera irrispettosa, ma chiaramente palesa la sua volontà a non volere quel particolare cliente.
In primo luogo qualcuno dovrebbe dirgli che prima di giudicare una situazione si dovrebbero conoscere i fatti e non "per partito preso"
e secondo qualsiasi sia la propria opinione personare, l obiettivo di un'attività commerciale è di accaparrarsi il cliente e non cacciarlo.
Per cui mi spiace perche probabilmente è anche un professionista capace, ma i rapporti con i clienti non si gestiscono di sicuro cosi.

Although the guy who takes care of the mechanical part seem sufficiently prepared (at least for the little that I could see), his attitude is completely of place, and certainly no one who cares about their business should pose in this manner arrogant and contemptuous towards the customer, where for his unjustified personal judgment he not only treats the customer in a disrespectful way, but clearly reveals his will to not want that particular customer.
First of all, someone should tell him that before judging a situation one should know the facts and not "per party"
and according to whatever one's opinion is, the objective of a business is to grab the customer and not expel him.
So I'm sorry because he is probably also a capable professional, but customer relations are certainly not managed that way.

Personale esperto e alla mano che ha saputo darmi ogni tipo di indicazione al fine di fare la scelta più consona. Nel mentre non sono stato abbandonato da solo nell'attesa. Tire near patent, good Shepherd height. I was there recently for a punctured wheel and was really surprised. Experienced and easy-going staff who has been able to give me every type of indication in order to make the most appropriate choice. In the meantime, I was not abandoned on my own waiting. As soon as they had a free moment they dedicated themselves to me or to the customers, in an informal way, putting us at ease! Very fast, competent and efficient!
