★ ★ ★ ★ ★ siamo rimasti veramente delusi dalla poca proffesionalita del personale
addetto alla vendita. Abbiamo concordato l'acquisto di un mobile,pagato
acconto. Dopo alcuni giorni ci hanno chiamato informandoci che quanto
venduto , non era possibile.Risultato: riselezionato mobile ,ulteriori venti giorni ritardo sulla consegna .Scarsa disponibilita' a Customer Care.
Ci e' difficile ritornare. Attenti
 we were really disappointed with the lack of professionalism of the staff
shop assistant. We have agreed to purchase a piece of furniture, which is paid for
down payment. After a few days they called us and told us how much
sold, it was not possible. Result: reselected mobile, further twenty days delay on delivery. Poor availability to Customer Care.
It is difficult for us to return. Beware

Capitolato preso in questo punto vendita,a prescindere carissimo,ma poi poca professionalità nel settore.
Prendi un appuntamento e mentre hai quell'ora per scegliere,l'operatore parla al Cell personale(no quello aziendale).
Molto,molto deciso????
No more buying in the middle range.
Specifications taken in this store, regardless very expensive, but then little professionalism in the sector.
Make an appointment and while you have that time to choose, the operator speaks to the personal cell (not the company one).
Very, very determined????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionali e attenti alle persone che visitano la mostra. Se e' necessario prendere un appuntamenro bisognerebbe dirlo o scriverlo.
Che poi un addetto alla sala mostra, finito un appuntamento, preferisca mettersi al telefono con un fornitore invece che preoccuparsi bel cliente e' imbarazzante.
Unprofessional and attentive to the people who visit the exhibition. If it is necessary to make an appointment, it should be said or written down.
It is embarrassing that an employee in the showroom, after an appointment, prefers to get on the phone with a supplier instead of worrying about a nice customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di acquistare piastrelle da centrogamma per lavori di ristrutturazione .Un commento positivo per il commerciale mi ha assistito e per il materiale fornito .Se si vuole far acquisti consiglio per i materiali ma per il post rivolgersi ad altri ...posa fatta veloce con parecchi difetti ..assistenza post vendita quasi inesistente , cantiere seguito in modo superficiale senza possibilità di replica visto che i referenti posa non ti seguono. Insomma dal mio punto di vista ...mai più a centrogamma .
I got to buy tiles for centrogamma positive comments .A renovations for commercial assisted me and the material provided .If you want to recommend purchases for materials but for the post turn to other ... installation made fast with several defects ..assistenza after sales almost non-existent, the yard followed superficially no chance to reply since the installation referents do not follow you. So from my point of view ... never again to centrogamma.
