I pulled out my mint condition canon dslr and the man behind the counter literally brushed us off with “I won’t even take it if it’s free, we only accept cameras of a certain quality here” and he didn’t provide any solution, we had to ask him where can we trade it. Not professional, in fact his statement came across pretty rude.
