★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato in questa palestra a gestione familiare una pulizia e cortesia mai vista prima d'ora in una palestra. Tutti gli istruttori sono preparati e molto disponibili. C'è la possibilità di essere seguito dal personal trainer con programmi mirati personalizzati sul cliente. Le sale sono ampie e ben attrezzate, non ci sono particolari problemi di sovraffollamento.
I found in this family-run gym a cleanliness and courtesy never before seen in a gym. All the instructors are trained and very helpful. There is the possibility of being followed by the personal trainer with customized targeted programs on the client. The rooms are large and well equipped, there are no particular problems of overcrowding.

Stiamo continuando ad allenarci e sono molto soddisfatta. Vi consiglio di frequentare questa palestra anche perché la gente che viene è molto piacevole. Consigliatissimo .
Very well-kept environment. Very kind staff.I had health problems and I had to lose weight by force. Thanks to a specific program Gaetano managed to make me lose weight. We are continuing to train and I am very satisfied. I recommend that you go to this gym also because the people who come are very pleasant. Highly recommended.
