 I have been attending this rehabilitation gymnastics studio for 3 years now. The teacher Chiara Rocchi has understood our problems and according to our needs, she makes us do gymnastics and movements suitable for each of us.

Personalmente ogni volta esco dalla lezione tonificata nel corpo e rilassata nella mente.
The BalanceLab Center is a place of refreshment for the body and mind. Managed in a highly professional manner by the owner Chiara Rocchi, it manages to reconcile sports disciplines with 360-degree body care, without ever forgetting the introspective aspect.
Personally every time I come out of the lesson toned in the body and relaxed in the mind.

E' un supporto atletico perfetto anche se si praticano altri sport. Ora con le lezioni on line di totalbody sempre in crescendo ci manteniamo in forma con il sorriso, grazie alla simpatia di Chiara. OTTIMO!
At the Balancelab with Chiara I discovered Gyrotonic, the only center in Umbria, which was a revelation, so much so that I also convinced my husband that he became a fan. It is a perfect athletic support even if you play other sports. Now with the online totalbody lessons always growing we keep fit with a smile, thanks to Chiara's sympathy. GREAT!

For someone like me who doesn't like gyms, BalanceLab is the ideal place to train. Already when you enter you have the sensation of feeling better for the atmosphere you breathe.
