★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fisiatri e fisioterapisti gentili e professionali, sempre pronti ad ascoltarti e supportarti. Il centro è tutto rinnovato, con strumenti e macchinari tecnologici all'avanguardia. Bella anche la piscina per la fisioterapia in acqua anche se non l'ho ancora provata.
 Kind and professional physiotherapists and physiotherapists, always ready to listen and support you. The center is completely renovated, with cutting-edge technological tools and machinery. Beautiful also the pool for physiotherapy in the water even if I have not yet tried.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ neanche il piacere di sperimentare la fisioterapia, mi sono arenata alla ricerca di informazioni. Impossibilitata a muovermi ho provato ad avere info sui tempi tramite SSN: chiamato più volte in varie fasce orarie e giorni. Servizio telefonico praticamente non attivo visto che dopo l'attesa cade sempre la linea. Ritentato a pagamento: nessuna informazione fornita al telefono, neanche su tempi di attesa o sul da farsi, solo info di persona. Telefonato ad altro centro a pagamento: in 5 minuti prenotazione e visita che se proseguo con la terapia verrà scalata. Caro Koelliker che delusione!

Pessima organizzazione sanitaria che non preveda continuità nel percorso per pazienti con malattie rare neurologiche degenerative. Nonostante numerose richieste di continuare a pagamento non hanno accettato la mia "necessità" di continuare. Richiesta di colloquio con la dirigente, rifiutata.Ricevuta in segreteria da persone distaccate, prive di comprensione. Non ho potuto continuare, pagando, per non creare "precedenti", quasi volessi andare a divertirmi. Vergognoso

Bad health organization that does not provide continuity in the path for patients with degenerative neurological rare diseases. Despite numerous requests to continue paying they did not accept my "need" to continue. Request for an interview with the manager, rejected, received in the secretariat by seconded persons, lacking in understanding. I could not continue, paying, so as not to create "precedents", as if I wanted to go have fun. Shameful
