Abbiamo sempre e solo avuto feedback positivi dai nostri ospiti (spesso anche stranieri) riguardo al centro ed al personale. Credo che sia una splendida vetrina per una città affascinante come Firenze!
We manage a landlord in the area. Since we discovered this incredible center, we have sent our customers looking for relaxation and "pampering". We have only ever had positive feedback from our guests (often foreigners) about the center and staff. I think it is a splendid showcase for a fascinating city like Florence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata oggi per la prima volta in questo centro estetico per fare la pulizia del viso. Il personale è molto competente e soprattutto le ragazze mi hanno messa subito a mio agio. Mi ha seguito Annamaria ed è stata molto gentile e carina. Quando si va in un centro estetico si cerca anche un posto dove rifugiarsi per staccare dalla routine quotidiana e questo posto è perfetto. Bellissimo l'arredamento e anche molto rilassante l'ambiente. I prezzi sono nella norma, per alcune cose anche più bassi. Assolutamente consigliato!
I went to this beauty center for the first time today to do face cleansing. The staff is very competent and especially the girls put me at ease immediately. Annamaria followed me and she was very kind and pretty. When you go to a beauty center, you are also looking for a place to take refuge to get away from the daily routine and this place is perfect. Beautiful decor and very relaxing environment. Prices are normal, for some things even lower. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice beauty center. I frequent it for the tanning lamps. They have a fantastic machine that sets the tan according to your phototype.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente un centro estetico dove sanno fare una pedicure come si deve! Non parlo di applicazione smalto ma di pedicure curativa. La ragazza precisa, gentile ed esperta. Prezzo corretto (meno che altrove).
Finally a beauty center where they know how to do a pedicure properly! I'm not talking about applying nail polish but about curative pedicure. The girl is precise, kind and expert. Correct price (less than elsewhere).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace dover dare questo giudizio ma non si può lasciare un servizio già pagato senza portarlo a termine. Le clienti andavano avvisate per tempo. Possibile che non si trovi un posto per le prossime due settimane per finire una depilazione laser? Voglio sperare in un risarcimento altrimenti non mi limiterò ad una recensione negativa. Peccato per il personale, sempre cortese e preparato ma avrebbe dovuto rifiutare di gestire la chiusura così
