Non mi è stato concesso di usufruire di un buono che mi aveva regalato la mia bimba alla scorsa festa della mamma perché scaduto da sei giorni. Più di 20 € buttati e ho pagato il trattamento di oggi. La cosa più sorprendente l'atteggiamento freddo e scostante incompatibile con la gestione di un esercizio commerciale. Esperienza da dimenticare Extreme discourtesy. I was not allowed to take advantage of a voucher that my baby had given me at last Mother's Day because it had expired six days ago. Over € 20 wasted and I paid for today's treatment. La professionalità e la passione rendono questo ambiente un centro all’avanguardia, al passo con l’innovazione per la cura del corpo. Personalmente ritengo ottimo il servizio Pulizia del viso e solarium, con lampade uv di ultima generazione che non rovinano la pelle e realmente l’ abbronzano! Situato nel centro di Voltri, è comodissimo da raggiungere anche in macchina (parcheggi a meno di 10 mt ). Personally I consider the Facial cleansing and solarium service excellent, with the latest generation of UV lamps that do not damage the skin and really tan it! Located in the center of Voltri, it is very easy to reach by car (parking less than 10 meters away).

Il tutto con molta arroganza alla quale ho risposto con molta calma. La Signora ha avuto ben 365 GG x effettuare il trattamento (di cui uno già utilizzato) e come tutti i buoni scadono(pam-box viaggi regalo,ecc) Le mie clienti mi conoscono e sanno che la risposta é equiparata all' atteggiamento. Le foto sfuocate dipendono da chi fotografa e non da chi le stampa ed il taglio delle foto dal formato impostato al momento dello scatto. Quindi io stampo quello che la cliente ha fotografato,non di certo decido io la qualità della stampa ,giusto per chiarire. Se non era soddisfatta poteva chiedermi spiegazioni in merito. Blurry photos depend on who is photographing and not on who prints them and cutting photos from the format set at the time of shooting. So I print what the client photographed, I certainly don't decide the quality of the print, just to clarify. If she wasn't satisfied, she could ask me for an explanation. K	Katrin Stanganini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, personale estremamente supponente ,a partire dalla stessa titolare ;ti viene fatto notare un ritardo di 5 minuti quando loro x prime non rispettano gli appuntamenti ….,pretendono di tartassarti al telefono se ritardi 5 minuti e con quale maleducazione ti aggrediscono ! Esperienza pessima ,di certo i miei soldi li porterò altrove !!! Non consigliato se volete rilassarvi ed essere rispettate ! Bad service, extremely opinionated staff, starting from the owner herself; you are pointed out a delay of 5 minutes when their x prime do not respect their appointments ...., they pretend to harass you on the phone if you delay 5 minutes and with what rudeness they attack you! Bad experience, for sure I will take my money elsewhere !!! Not recommended if you want to relax and be respected!
