★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi aspettavo un centro estetico all'avanguardia,non conoscendolo, invece nulla e' stato di mio gradimento. Atmosfera allucinante, tutto avvolto nella penombra (sembrava una seduta spiritica); all'ingresso la "poltrona" per attendere posta dietro ad un paravento sembra l'angolo della punizione ( veramente inguardabile). Semipermanente da dimenticare: la fresa non la usano per non rovinare l'unghia ma in compenso usano la lima in modo approssimativo con il risultato che ho tre dita lesionate. Ricostruzione di 2 unghie su cui preferisco soprassedere per non infierire, ma veramente mal fatta. Espositore dei colori inesistente: il colore messo non mi piaceva ma me lo sono dovuto tenere lo stesso!Per quello che ho pagato veramente non ci metto piu' piede dentro.Ultima cosa: per levare il semipermanente paghi un prezzo a parte (?)......Risultato: professionalita' zero. Non si lasciano uscire clienti cosi insoddisfatti.
I was expecting a cutting-edge beauty center, not knowing it, but nothing was to my liking. Hallucinating atmosphere, all shrouded in dim light (it looked like a séance); at the entrance the "armchair" to wait behind a screen seems to be the corner of punishment (really unwatchable). Semi-permanent to forget: they don't use the cutter to avoid damaging the nail but on the other hand they use the file roughly with the result that I have three injured fingers. Reconstruction of 2 nails on which I prefer to postpone in order not to rage, but really badly done. Non-existent color display: I didn't like the color put on but I had to keep it anyway! For what I really paid I don't put my foot in it anymore. Last thing: to remove the semi-permanent you pay a separate price (?). ..... Result: zero professionalism. Such dissatisfied customers are not allowed out.
