Clean bathrooms, equipped dining area, exterior is taken care of. Choice between two bars. The canteen was closed but the large hall remains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima struttura, spazi, luce, verde. Qualche Infisso da aggiornare. Gruppo elettrogeno adeguato, linea internet adeguata! Parcheggi adeguati! Se fosse una sala ricevimenti sarebbe 5 stelle, ma è pensato per uffici. Dovrebbe essere più funzionale.
Excellent structure, spaces, light, greenery. Some window frames to update. Suitable generator set, adequate internet line! Adequate parking spaces! If it were a reception room it would be 5 stars, but it is meant for offices. It should be more functional.

Meno la struttura interna, impianto di areazione vecchio e spesso non funzionante, anche poco pulito considerando le reazioni dei dipendenti quando è acceso. Scarsi anche i parcheggi dove c'è poco controllo e anche auto non autorizzate entrano parcheggiando in maniera estremamente scomoda
Beautiful garden, well kept and always lush. Minus the internal structure, old and often non-functioning ventilation system, even if not very clean considering the reactions of the employees when it is on. There are also few parking lots where there is little control and even unauthorized cars come in parking in an extremely uncomfortable way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discreta struttura per aziende. La mensa e il giardino sono ben tenuti. Guardiania come inesistente (può passare chiunque senza mai un controllo). Parcheggio non sorvegliato, ricco di buche, senza strice (ormai cancellate dal tempo) e ci sono stati diversi furti di auto e di accessori auto.
Discreet structure for companies. The canteen and the garden are well maintained. Guardian as non-existent (anyone can pass without ever having a check). Unattended parking, full of holes, without strice (now erased by time) and there have been several thefts of cars and car accessories.
