★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia assoluta da parte dell'addetta all'accettazione. Scontrosa, poco professionale, indisponente. Questa settimana sono stata due volte, la prima in ritardo di oltre un'ora rispetto all'appuntamento dato, tanta tanta tanta gente nella sala d attesa.
I.titolari.dovrebbero essere più accorti
Absolute rudeness on the part of the receptionist. Grumpy, unprofessional, annoying. This week I have been twice, the first more than an hour late compared to the given appointment, so many many people in the waiting room.
I. Owners. Should be more careful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scandaloso il mio appuntamento alle ore 12.00 arrivo 5 minuti prima puntuale ,alle 12.30 e ancora nn mi fanno entrare perché il paziente prima di me arrivò in ritardo! Se uno si rivolge al privato ha un perché! Altrimenti aspetto le ore in ospedale ma non nel privato! Poco professionali ...e ti viene detto ci dispiace non dipende da noi ! Una stella è già tanto.. ma almeno dimmi scusa se vuoi ti diamo un’altro appuntamento..buon lavoro
Scandalous my appointment at 12.00 I arrive 5 minutes earlier on time, at 12.30 and they still don't let me in because the patient before me arrived late! If one turns to private individuals, there is a reason! Otherwise I wait for the hours in the hospital but not in private! Unprofessional ... and you're told we're sorry it's not up to us! A star is already a lot .. but at least say sorry if you want we can give you another appointment .. good job
