Solo 2 volte ha risposto una donna, alquanto sgarbata, che ha subito attacato. Una indecenza! I have been calling for days from 10.30 to 12.30 to make an appointment but nobody ever answers! Le problematiche dell'utente non vengono ascoltate, spesso appuntamenti non rispettati e "SGRIDATE PUBBLICHE" senza motivo, poco spazio nelle ore mattiniere e chi sta in piedi viene detto che non puo' stare dietro le porte , la sedia in sala d'aspetto è attaccata alla porta delle visite. In ogni caso c'è modo e modo di comunicare , l'educazione da parte di certi addetti e la malattia non sempre sono prese in considerazione.Quandso si arriva alle sette e si aspetta le sette e trenta per il numero si è sicuri di essere i primi, ma poi ... Detto questo stamane 25 novembre alle ore 9.25 mio marito aveva l appuntamento per la visita diabetologica semestrale dopo che l infermiera lo fa accomodare in sala centrale per evitare assembramento.La dottoressa di turno chiama ma mio marito non fa in tempo a rispondere che viene chiamato l utente successivo. Alle giuste rimostranze gli viene risposto in modo sgarbato e sbrigativo.... Tralascio i toni usati ma faccio notare che tale comportamento non è idoneo per un medico che si rapporta con persone che hanno problemi di salute.
