Grande competenza anche per massaggi ayurvedici. Avevo una tensione muscolare al collo e alla spalla che,oltre al dolore , mi impediva di muovere il braccio e di respirare a fondo. Il giorno dopo il massaggio la tensione era sparita e mi sentivo rigenerata. I follow yoga classes with Alessandra which are not just stretching but practice of the true spirit of yoga, i.e. concentration and awareness. Great expertise also for Ayurvedic massages. I had muscle tension in my neck and shoulder which, in addition to pain, prevented me from moving my arm and breathing deeply. The day after the massage the tension was gone and I felt regenerated.

I thought one massage was as good as another but after having been to the Conero Holistic Center I realized I was wrong! The quality in the touch and the many years of experience, combined with Alessandra's incredible passion, are transmitted in positive energy to the lucky one who is receiving the treatment and benefits the body and spirit! You enter saying "good evening Professor Latini" and you leave smiling saying "hello dear, to the next massage"! Congratulations, keep it up!

Il mio corpo e la mia anima volavano ❤️ il massaggio alla testa super, i capelli sono rimasti morbidi e profumati dopo aver lavato via l'olio. Lo consiglio dal cuore, anche da regalare ad una persona cara ❤️ I received a wonderful Ayurvedic treatment where Alessandra massaged me from head to toe. My body and soul flew ❤️ the super head massage, the hair remained soft and fragrant after washing off the oil. I recommend it from the heart, even as a gift to a loved one ❤️

Ho provato anche il massaggio sonoro con le campane tibetane,fantastico,il relax e l'armonia che si respira nel centro è rigenerante. Nonostante abito ad un ora di macchina,appena posso vado,a breve inizierò anche dei corsi di formazione con Alessandra. In sintesi lo consiglio assolutamente,in quanto,secondo me è l'unico centro così completo in provincia dove si pratica yoga e oltre ai massaggi ci sono molti seminari e attività. I met the holistic center of Conero thanks to a voucher for my birthday, from the first time I went it was love at first sight, the environment, the atmosphere and then Alessandra, very professional, nice and welcoming, very good in her work, with magical hands, sensational Ayurvedic massages. I also tried the sound massage with Tibetan bells, fantastic, the relaxation and harmony that reigns in the center is regenerating. Although I live within an hour's drive, I go as soon as I can, I will also soon start training courses with Alessandra. In summary, I absolutely recommend it, as in my opinion it is the only center so complete in the province where yoga is practiced and in addition to massages there are many seminars and activities.
