Come in tutte le strutture sportive, frequentato negli orari meno richiesti si vive una dimensione diversa e con meno caos.
I bambini sono tutti ben seguiti.
Consiglio a pieni voti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto assolutamente poco serio tramite telefono dicono che si può entrare muniti di ffp2 per poter vedere le partite di pallanuoto alternando i gruppi dei genitori per ogni squadra arrivi personalmente e ti fanno rimanere fuori negando di aver detto di sì ..l'unica piscina rimasta in Italia con il divieto di pubblico tra l altro oggi è 1 maggio
Absolutely not serious place by phone they say that you can enter equipped with ffp2 to be able to see the water polo matches alternating the groups of parents for each team you arrive personally and make you stay out denying having said yes .. the only pool left in Italy with the ban on the public among other things today is May 1st

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto delusa, ho iscritto mio figlio tre mesi fa per ambientamento in vasca, a distanza di un mese sono cambiate regole, orari e istruttrice. Ho pagato iscrizione, assicurazione, tessera, certificato medico per sentirmi dire che non posso più essere presente durante la lezione. (Ovviamente sono munita di green pass)
Mio figlio ha due anni e mezzo, ho provato a lasciarlo da solo ma ha pianto disperatamente per tutta la lezione.
"Questo non è traumatizzare" secondo la direzione, intanto mio figlio alla lezione successiva non ha messo piede in vasca per paura che lo lasciassi.
Pessima esperienza!
I am very disappointed, I enrolled my son three months ago for acclimatization in the tank, after a month the rules, schedules and instructor changed. I paid for enrollment, insurance, card, medical certificate to be told that I can no longer be present during the lesson. (Obviously I have a green pass)
My son is two and a half years old, I tried to leave him alone but he cried desperately throughout the lesson.
"This is not traumatizing" according to the management, meanwhile my son in the next lesson did not set foot in the tub for fear that I would leave him.
Bad experience!
