★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operatori ignoranti, presuntuosi e saccenti. Non capiscono nemmeno la differenza tra basico e acido, credo siano stati messi lì perché così incompetenti da piazzare in un qualsiasi altro lavoro. Non sanno nemmeno cosa significhi differenziare e meno male che lavorano in un ecocentro
 Ignorant, presumptuous and know-it-all operators. They don't even understand the difference between basic and acid, I think they were put there because they were so incompetent to place in any other work. They don't even know what it means to differentiate and thank goodness that they work in a recycling center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scorbutico e incapace di stare in questo contesto, dopo essermi recato per scaricare circa 20 pezzi di legno in buono stato mi è stato detto di non poter entrare poiché essere una ditta individuale, alla richiesta di informazioni per ottenere un permesso per scaricare questi pezzi di legno il personale non sa dare informazioni e mi dice di informarmi da solo perché loro non lo sanno...tutto questo mentre la gente con il permesso di scaricare mischia il vetro dentro il cassone del legno senza essere richiamato, esco fuori e vedo un divano e altri materiali ingombranti buttati sul ciglio della strada...date spazio a chi ha voglia di lavorare o per lo meno date più informazioni al personale riguardante le richieste di smaltimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le signore all'ingresso sono gentilissime e rispondono a ogni domanda con cortesia!! Considerando la gente che va in questo posto e normale che a volte siano un pochino esasperate! Basta trattare le persone con gentilezza...ricordatevi che stanno lavorando anche loro!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivati davanti all'ecocentro di Via Germagnano non si capisce dove sia l'ingresso per i privati (a destra o a sinistra? A destra pare ci siano gli ingressi per i dipendenti, a sinistra sbarre di ingresso e nessuna indicazione su dove andare). Non essendoci nessuno a cui chiedere informazioni e per timore di entrare dove eventualmente vietato, alla fine sono andato nell'ecocentro di via Ravina, dove già ero stato altre volte e dove è tutto molto chiaro e c'è un servizio più che buono. Quindi un po' di accoglienza in più e indicazioni chiare non guasterebbero.
Arriving in front of the ecocenter of Via Germagnano, it is not clear where the entrance for private individuals is (on the right or on the left? On the right there are entrances for employees, on the left entrance bars and no indication of where to go). Since there was no one to ask for information and for fear of entering where possibly prohibited, in the end I went to the ecocenter of via Ravina, where I had already been before and where everything is very clear and there is more than good service. So a little more hospitality and clear indications would not hurt.

Valore aggiunto la signora che mi ha accolto al cancello, mi ha seguito e mi ha indicato gli stalli corretti dove conferire i rifiuti. In più era molto simpatica.
Very good service and above all at no cost.
Added value the lady who welcomed me at the gate, followed me and showed me the correct stalls where to deliver the waste. Plus she was very nice.
