★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, ho consegnato un autoveicolo in data 8 Luglio, gli stessi asserivano che il trasporto sarebbe stato ultimato in 10 giorni lavorativi. (da premettere il servizio è stato già pagato all'atto della consegna).
Oggi e scaduto il 10 giorno e la macchina non è ancora arrivata con la seguente motivazione (c'è traffico nelle autostrade) . Il giorno della consegna stavo fotografando la mia macchina per appurare il suo stato prima della consegna e mi hanno redarguito dicendomi che era vietato in quanto c'erano altri prototipi di macchina e non potevo fotografare.
Mi auspico che l'autovettura arrivi in buone condizioni.
Professionalità e serietà inesistenti, un disservizio su molti aspetti. A saperlo mi sarei organizzato diversamente.
Clientela raggitata ripetutamente.
Per la mia esperienza personale è un servizio che sconsiglio a tutti
Bad experience, I delivered a vehicle on July 8, the same claimed that the transport would be completed in 10 working days. (to be premised, the service has already been paid for at the time of delivery).
Today the 10 day has expired and the car has not yet arrived with the following reason (there is traffic on the highways). On the day of delivery I was photographing my car to check its condition before delivery and they scolded me saying it was forbidden as there were other prototypes of the car and I could not take pictures.
I hope that the car arrives in good condition.
Non-existent professionalism and seriousness, a disservice on many aspects. If I had known, I would have organized myself differently.
Clients rejoiced repeatedly.
In my personal experience it is a service that I do not recommend to everyone
