P	Patrick Karamoij on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irraggiungibile. La mattina la linea telefonica era sempre occupata. Poi ho chiamato alle 14:45 e ero secondo in coda. Per oltre 20 minuti ho aspettato e ero sempre secondo in coda. Non ho più provato. Unattainable. The telephone line was always busy in the morning. Then I called at 2:45 pm and was second in line. For over 20 minutes I waited and was always second in the queue. I haven't tried anymore.

Appuntamento ore 12:10 alle 13:15 devo ancora entrare dal medico....Dovendo essere al lavoro alle 14 e dovendo ancora pranzare sono uscita senza fare la visita!! A onor del vero devo dire che sono stata effettivamente ricontatta per le scuse e per fissare un nuovo appuntamento che però non rientrava più nei miei tempi . Stavolta è andata così, non importa, ci saranno altre occasioni. An hour of waiting for a paid sports medical certificate .... But please! Appointment at 12:10 at 13:15 I still have to go to the doctor .... Having to be at work at 14 and still having lunch I went out without visiting! To be honest I have to say that I was actually contacted for an apology and to make a new appointment which was no longer part of my time. This time it went like this, it doesn't matter, there will be other occasions.

La struttura all'interno è ben arredata con spazi adeguati. Il pavimento e il bagno sono puliti lasciando agli ospiti una piacevole sensazione. Accoglienza: eccellente. Le Signore della reception manifestano costantemente cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità. I toni sono sempre garbati favorendo rapporti cordiali. Precise nelle esposizioni di ogni particolare che interessa il ciclo di cure e/o la visita dell'utenza, ( " se paga con dei contanti non avrà modo di portare in detrazione la spesa medica"). Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. The structure that houses the "Centro di Medicina" is located near the center of Portogruaro, particularly the large parking area available to users. The structure inside is well furnished with adequate spaces. The floor and bathroom are clean, leaving guests with a pleasant feeling. Reception: excellent. The ladies at the reception constantly show courtesy, kindness and availability. The tones are always gentle, favoring cordial relationships. Accurate in the exposures of every detail that affects the treatment cycle and / or the visit of the user, ("if you pay with cash, you will not be able to deduct medical expenses"). I was pleasantly surprised.

Sono entrata per togliere un dente e mi hanno rotto quello accanto, giustificandosi dicendo che è normale che dopo aver tolto un dente si rompa quello vicino (mai sentita una cosa del genere prima). Posto sconsigliatissimo! Bad service. I went in to remove a tooth and they broke the one next to me, justifying themselves by saying that it is normal that after removing a tooth the neighboring one breaks (never heard of such a thing before). Not recommended place!

Vergognoso rimanere in attesa per 56 minuti e quando arriva il propro turno sentirsi dire dall'operatore attenda in linea e aspettare ancora per oltre 30 minuti. Significa che non si intende rispondere! The service could not be evaluated because the facility could not be contacted. Shameful to wait for 56 minutes and when your turn comes to be told by the operator, wait on the line and wait for more than 30 minutes. It means you don't intend to answer!

Personale estremamente professionale, disponibile ed estremamente cortese. Ho avuto recente occasione di avvalermi degli eccellenti servizi resi dal Centro di Medicina di Portogruaro. Nella fattispecie, due visite specialistiche (ortopediche) con il Dott. Andrea Salar. In primis, volevo ringraziare le Gentili Signore della reception, rassicuranti ed efficienti, poi un grazie personale di cuore al Dott. Andrea Salar per la sua estrema competenza professionale specifica, ortopedia, la sua disponibilitá ed anche per rapporto umano: l'empatia è cosa molto apprezzabile ed apprezzata, soprattutto in un medico specialista. Extremely professional, helpful and extremely courteous staff. I recently had the opportunity to avail myself of the excellent services rendered by the Portogruaro Medical Center. In this case, two specialist (orthopedic) visits with Dr. Andrea Salar. First of all, I wanted to thank the Dear Ladies of the reception, reassuring and efficient, then a personal heartfelt thanks to Dr. Andrea Salar for his extreme specific professional competence, orthopedics, his availability and also for human relationship: empathy is what very appreciable and appreciated, especially in a specialist doctor. A	Andrea Muneretto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scadente, non rispondono al telefono, Rimasto un'ora e quaranta minuti al telefono con una segreteria telefonica la quale ripeteva che ero la chiamata in coda numero 1. Mandato email nessuno risponde. Una cosa SCANDALOSA. Lo sconsiglio fortemente. Poor, they do not answer the phone, Left an hour and forty minutes on the phone with an answering machine which repeated that I was the number 1 queue call. Email sent no one answers. A SCANDALOUS thing. I strongly advise against it.
