★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato a fine luglio per una visita oculistica che è stata fissata dopo 20 gg su mia richiesta .Ieri telefono per accertarmi dei tempi della visita e mi dicono che la visita è annullata in quanto il medico è in ferie!!!! Nessuno mi ha chiamato. Loro dicono di averlo fatto,ma a me non risulta.. ma dov'è la serietà? Cliente persa
I called at the end of July for an eye examination which was scheduled after 20 days at my request. Yesterday I called to ascertain the timing of the visit and they tell me that the visit is canceled because the doctor is on vacation !!!! Nobody called me. They say they did it, but it doesn't seem to me .. but where is the seriousness? Lost customer
