★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver consegnato una macchina da cucire Singer, per essere riparata, ci è stato riconsegnato una modello diverso.
Ho fatto presente l accaduto ma la signora incaricata, a gestire le riparazioni, ha negato l'evidenza.
Ci tengo a sottolineare il fatto che siamo clienti da molti anni e che lavorando è umano commettere errori ma è altresì importantissimo avere l umiltà di riconoscerlo e solo in questo modo si possono avere recensioni positive.
Davvero una grandissima delusione.
After delivering a Singer sewing machine for repair, a different model was returned to us.
I mentioned what happened but the lady in charge of managing the repairs denied the evidence.
I would like to underline the fact that we have been customers for many years and that while working it is human to make mistakes but it is also very important to have the humility to recognize it and only in this way can you have positive reviews.
Really a huge disappointment.

Very kind, patient and super honest! I had my sewing machine repaired last year and came back because I couldn't sew right. The lady kindly offered me to try together and managed to figure out where I was wrong. He didn't demand anything.
