Purtroppo tutte le buone aspettative, sono state vanificata da una serie di errori che hanno portato a una grossa delusione. Sicuramente sarà un caso isolato ... È stata contattata la ditta di fabbrica che dietro un esborso di 300,00 euro avrebbe rifatto il rivestimento. Siamo ad ottobre e dopo aver chiamato per sapere se la ditta avesse provveduto mi è stato risposto, dopo un mese e mezzo e ho dovuto chiamare io, che devo sfoderare il divano perché la ditta aveva paura di sbagliare le misure. Da parte del centro dell'arredamento e di tutto lo staff riscontro un totale menefreghismo e nessuna attenzione al cliente. Una società seria avrebbe ritirato il divano e sistemato le cose, invece mi sono sentita dire " a si posso anche ritirarlo magari fra un anno". A serious company would have withdrawn the sofa and fixed things, but instead I was told "yes I can also withdraw it maybe in a year".

I bought a colombini wardrobe with four sliding doors (2 side-by-side wardrobes) 2 suspended bedside tables, a TV cabinet with wall unit. before choosing I visited the shop several times and others before deciding. a special thanks to marika who, despite my many needs, has been able to fully satisfy all my needs with a lot of patience. also perfect delivery and assembly.
