Prezzi decisamente alti per il contesto. Nice showroom, correct reception, reduced sales staff, perpetually busy, so assistance is very lacking. Very high prices for the context.

Lo consiglierei sicuramente. Last year I bought some bathroom components at the Merate showroom, I immediately noticed professionalism and competence in the staff, especially in the young lady who advised me, giving me all the information necessary for my needs. Abbiamo acquistato da loro sanitari, box doccia, vasca e tutta la rubinetteria dei nostri nuovi bagni. Tutto perfetto, lo consiglio... Very nice, large and tidy showroom. Purtroppo il livello di servizio che abbiamo trovato si è rivelato approssimativo: ci sono state comunicate misure errate del box doccia. Il risultato è stata la realizzazione delle piastrelle da rivestimento ad altezza diversa dal box doccia (vedi foto....). Non è stato nemmeno possibile sostituire il box doccia perchè il box doccia del modello scelto nella misura da 2 metri (che ci hanno venduto)....NON VIENE NEMMENO PRODOTTO! Mobili lavanderia ordinati da catalogo di colore "biancho".....salvo poi scoprire che si tratta di tre diverse tonalità di bianco nella stessa stanza.....in fase iniziale ci siamo trovati bene, ma all'atto pratico è stata davvero una (cara) delusione. very rich, tidy and spectacular showroom. Purtroppo il livello di servizio che abbiamo trovato è stato molto approssimativo, cortese ma non professionale: mancanza di informazioni, attese di settimane per un riscontro via e-mail, possibilità di prendere appuntamenti impossibile per una quasi inesistente disponibilità, impossibilità di avere riscontri telefonici (nessuna risposta e nessuna richiamata), gestione dell'ordine disastroso e errori incredibili (come nella foto allegata dove non è stata considerata l'apertura dell'anta e quindi abbiamo dovuto sfalsare un modulo oltre ad aver trovato la presa interna nella posizione non stabilita) oltre ad un mese di attesa per ricevere i box doccia e vasca (ordinati 10 mesi prima). Attenzione verso il cliente inesistente, mai vissuta una situazione del genere con nessun fornitore. Prezzi assolutamente non competitivi (da analisi con 3 altri fornitori a parità di prodotto, ma purtroppo obbligati dal costruttore) e sconti inesistenti se pur con un ordine di oltre €20.000. Cortesia e professionalità non sanno neanche dove sia di casa. Forse solo per il cambio last-minute di tonalità delle luci delle specchiere (unico riscontro ricevuto in tempi brevissimi e soddisfatto). Solo la forza di mia moglie ci ha permesso di concludere il progetto con Comini che altrimenti avrei abbandonato dopo la prima visita. La peggiore esperienza mai fatta con un fornitore, molto sofferta e con pessimi risultati. Risposta alla recensione con apertura di un dibattito senza alcuna tempestiva azione nei confronti del cliente e correttiva. MAI PIU' Spectacular showroom, tidy but poor in product.
