D	Davide Chidichimo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima purtroppo, la donna che si occupa della gestione molto maleducata e volgare. Urlare al telefono mentre si hanno dei clienti nel negozio non è la migliore strategia di vendita, quello che però mi ha portato a mettere due stelle sono i lavori che ci sono stati consegnati. Abbiamo portato i file per la stampa di un libro, quello che ne è uscito è stata una copertina lucidata male, dei contorni totalmente imprecisi e fuori centro e perfino una pagina all'interno di una grammatura diversa da quella utilizzata per le altre pagine, per non parlare del segnalibro, anch'esso da stampare su cartoncino... Completamente fuori asse e non per errori della stampante, una delle due facce era sensibilmente più piccola e per il dorso del libro non ne parliamo. Mancanza di voglia e di cura nel lavoro, la responsabile era addirittura scocciata dal fatto che avesse troppi lavori da completare. sconsiglio quindi vivamente la struttura per questo tipo di lavori. Unica nota positiva l'uomo che presumo sia il padre della responsabile, un signore d'esperienza, educato, molto disponibile e preparato. Completely off-axis and not due to printer errors, one of the two sides was significantly smaller and for the spine of the book we do not talk about it. Lack of desire and care in the job, the manager was even annoyed that he had too many jobs to complete. I therefore strongly advise against the structure for this type of work. The only positive note is the man I presume is the father of the manager, a gentleman of experience, educated, very helpful and prepared.

Se la stampa non viene bene, assicuratevi che il lavoro di grafica sia stato fatto bene. La stampa è perfetta, ottima la qualità della carta e il prezzo giusto. Very kind and professional. Be wary of those who wrote the opposite. Printers "read" what the graphic "writes". If the printing doesn't go well, make sure the graphics work has been done well. The print is perfect, excellent paper quality and the right price.

Mimmo il padre da il tocco finale, sono un connubio pazzesco.:)) I prezzi sono competitivi. Silvia is fantastic, she is the soul of the shop. Always available, creative and original. Non solo mi hanno fatto entrare e stampare un solo foglio in bianco e nero ma lo hanno fatto anche con estrema gentilezza e solarità. Non potendole prometterle altro, ho detto a la ragazza che mi ha aiutato che avrei fatto una buona recensione su google ;) Professional, humane and extremely kind. They had the shutter closed because they were 'closed' for about 15 minutes. Not only did they let me in and print a single sheet in black and white but they also did it with extreme kindness and sunshine. Not being able to promise her anything else, I told the girl who helped me that I would do a good review on google;)
