★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un organizzatissimo centro di raccolta dai rifiuti ingombranti al toner della stampante ed elettronica, medicinali, batterie, indumenti ecc. Fai da te, ma il personale è gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad indirizzarti per differenziare o aiutarti con carichi pesanti. Non ci sono più scuse per chi abbandona rifiuti ingombranti per strada.
 A well-organized collection center from bulky waste to printer toner and electronics, medicines, batteries, clothing etc. Do it yourself, but the staff are super nice and always ready to direct you to differentiate or help you with heavy loads. There are no more excuses for those who leave bulky waste on the street.

Unica pecca, nessuno ti aiuta a scaricare ciò che hai portato, quindi se, come nel mio caso, ti fai aiutare a caricare un divano sulla macchina e poi lo porti al centro di raccolta, te lo devi scendere da sola e caricare nel cassone, prendendoti anche la ramanzina dell'operatore che ricorda di non andare mai da soli con gli ingombranti perché loro non possono aiutare...paradosso palermitano!!!
Clean, tidy center. The only flaw, no one helps you to unload what you brought, so if, as in my case, you get help to load a sofa on the car and then take it to the collection center, you have to get it off yourself and load it into the bin, also taking the lecture from the operator who remembers never to go alone with the bulky ones because they can't help ... Palermo paradox !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questo centro raccolta per buttare dei rifiuti ingombranti, ho dovuto impostare io e mio padre anziano i rifiuti all'interno del cassone alla mia richiesta d'aiuto mi è stato risposto che da loro si fa così! Benché fossero 5 dipendenti ad essere liberi in quel momento... Alla mia lamentela mi è stato chiesto un documento che ovviamente non ho dato perché loro non sono pubblici ufficiali! Ci chiediamo ancora il perché Palermo è invasa dai rifiuti avendo questo disservizio?
I was in this collection center to throw away bulky waste, my elderly father and I had to set up the waste inside the bin when I asked for help I was told that this is the way they do it! Although there were 5 employees who were free at that time ... At my complaint I was asked for a document which obviously I did not give because they are not public officials! We still ask ourselves why Palermo is overrun with waste having this disservice?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale e ben istruito a far funzionare tutto ottimamente . È cortese ed educato con il cliente, che viene guidato ed istruito ad un buon ed efficiente uso del servizio .Finalmente possiamo dire che si vede una luce in fondo al tunnel che lascia sperare bene su un eventuale ampliamento dell'area destinata al servizio . Penso che una buona informazione hai cittadini sia doveroso da parte del comune e da parte dell'azienda affinche i cittadini possano rspondere meglio e piu consapevolmente al miglior modo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel mio quartiere, la raccolta differenziata porta a porta non è attiva e i cassonetti per la differenziata sono quasi sempre pieni o contengono rifiuti sbagliati per colpa di alcuni cittadini poco educati. Quindi, da un anno raccolgo carta, vetro, plastica e metallo e li porto al ccr la malfa, sempre pulito, ben organizzato e impiegati sempre gentili. Quando necessario, porto anche lampadine, piccoli elettrodomestici, vestiario.
