★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primo appuntamento 2019 dott.ssa gentilissima e preparata. Ritornati con appuntamento pianificato a un anno di distanza mi chiedono "ma cosa siete venuti a fare". Una dottoressa arrogante, Fredda e poco disponibile. Se volete un opinione andate altrove.
First appointment 2019 doctor very kind and prepared. Back with an appointment scheduled a year later they ask me "but what did you come to do". An arrogant doctor, Cold and not very helpful. If you want an opinion go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata con mia madre per una "visita" a lei, richiesta dal medico di base il 6/12/17. Effettivamente personale amministrativo forse troppo oberato di lavoro x essere gentilmente disponibile. Costantemente al telefono e comunque non cortese. Diversamente è stata valutata da una dottoressa molto carina, gentile, brava, preparata chiara nell'esposizione del problema. Anche disponibile a varie soluzioni. Non ricordo bene il nome. Quindi comunque sia a mio avviso buona esperienza.
I went with my mother for a "visit" to her, requested by the general practitioner on 6/12/17. Actually administrative staff perhaps too overworked to be kindly available. Constantly on the phone and in any case not courteous. Otherwise she was evaluated by a very nice, kind, good doctor, clear prepared in exposing the problem. Also available in various solutions. I don't remember the name well. So in my opinion it is a good experience.
