Per una semplice consegna di un pacco, dopo 3 giorni di odissea con continuo rimpallo di responsabilità da parte di call center in Tunisia, call center in Italia, call center a Palermo, continue rassicurazioni a cui non è seguito nulla, la ciliegina sulla torta è stata una cordialissima chiamata dal cordialissimo driver di Randazzo/UPS dal fare velatamente minaccioso.
Naturalmente non ho ancora il mio pacco.
Tutto molto bello.

Aggiorno la recensione solo per segnalare che il pacco è stato recapitato.
Naturalmente il driver si è ben guardato dal fare l'unica cosa che avevo gentilmente e ripetutamente richiesto, ovvero avvertirmi telefonicamente, e se non fosse stato fortuitamente intercettato dalla mia ragazza, sarebbe tornato nuovamente a Carini con la mia merce.
Servizio consegna UPS Randazzo, nella mia esperienza, semplicemente scandaloso.
Servizio assistenza Clienti UPS e Randazzo, nella mia esperienza, semplicemente dilettantesco per non dire altro.
