K	Ketrin Maltoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una loro cliente da molto tempo, all’inizio tutto impeccabile, professionali e cordiali, ma con l’andare del tempo ho notato un declino...il personale che trovo al banco fa spesso trasparire il disaccordo e il mal umore, (sicuramente riguardo ad eventi lavorativi) e non ricordo l’ultima volta che non mi abbiano sbagliato la compilazione della ricevuta di una semplice raccomandata e posso capire che non ho una bella scrittura ma sbagliare anche con il facsimile prestampato...la giustificazione?errore della compilazione automatica...ma mi chiedo...controllare prima no??? La fortuna che le raccomandate sono sempre giuste a destinazione. Dopo l’ennesimo errore e in più l’essere trattata come una cliente rompiscatole, perché fa notare con educazione l’errore, mi sono stancata e non andrò più.
