S	Sally Sally on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Ho portato il mio cane a fare agility e per ben 5 lezioni non voleva scendere dall'auto quando si rendeva conto che eravamo lì. Sottolineo che è un comportamento assolutamente inusuale per il mio cane. Loro mi esortavano a tirarlo giù con la forza. La cosa ho dimostrato che non faceva altro che rinforzare la sua paura, cosa mi rispondevano? "Ma il cane ci è o ci fa??? Tirala giù!!!!!". Nell'ultimo periodo, grazie a mia insistenza, ho chiesto di cambiare metodologia e così terminare il pacchetto delle lezioni. A fatica e, palesemente dato che l'istruttore di agility durante quest'ora da me pagata e che al cane doveva essere dedicata, è arrivato in ritardo, è stato tutto il tempo a chiacchierare al telefono e mi ha liquidata anticipatamente per andare a fare un'altra lezione, hanno accettato. Ciliegina sulla torta? Ho acquistato un pacchetto di lezioni pagate anticipatamente, queste ultime 2 volte non sono riuscita ad andare causa periodo covid, ho avvisato anticipatamente e la loro risposta è stata che mi fanno pagare comunque le lezioni non effettuate! Sottolineo che la cosa non è prevista nel contratto. Questa è l'esperienza mia e del mio cane in questa scuola. Bad experience. I took my dog to do agility and for 5 lessons he didn't want to get out of the car when he realized we were there. I emphasize that this is absolutely unusual behavior for my dog. They urged me to take him down by force. The thing I proved that it did nothing but reinforce his fear, what did they answer me? "But the dog is there or is it ??? Pull it down !!!!!". In the last period, thanks to my insistence, I asked to change the methodology and thus finish the package of lessons. With difficulty and, obviously given that the agility instructor during this hour paid by me and that the dog had to be dedicated to the dog, he arrived late, he was all the time chatting on the phone and liquidated me in advance to go to do another lesson, they accepted. The icing on the cake? I bought a package of prepaid lessons, the last 2 times I didn't manage to go due to the covid period, I warned in advance and their response was that they still charge me for the lessons not taken! I emphasize that this is not foreseen in the contract. This is my and my dog's experience at this school.

TUtti i problemi che avevo con il mio cane, me li hanno risolti in maniera perfetta. Il mio piccolo OFF quando andiamo a scuola è il cane più felice della terra. Ottima Fantastic Training School. The instructors are wonderful and helpful. All the problems I had with my dog, they solved them perfectly. My little OFF when we go to school is the happiest dog on earth. Great

Gli istruttori sono davvero gentili, disponibili e davvero molto preparati. Hanno saputo subito darci le regole giuste per crescere nel modo più corretto il nostro cucciolo! Grazie ancora e un saluto da Teo!! We took our Labrador puppy for a training course, we had a great time !! The instructors are really nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. L'asilo per cani diurno è strutturato in modo ottimale, i cani stanno molto bene e fanno davvero moltissime attività oltre ad essere sempre seguiti da un istruttore! Tante attività proposte ed istruttori davvero molto competenti. Consiglio assolutamente! Excellent structure, new and well organized. The day nursery for dogs is optimally structured, the dogs are very comfortable and do a lot of activities as well as always being followed by an instructor! Many proposed activities and very competent instructors. I absolutely recommend!

Fabiola ci ha seguiti anche poco prima della nascita della nostra prima bambina e, conoscendo molto bene il nostro cane, ci ha saputo consigliare al meglio per aiutarlo a vivere positivamente il lieto evento. Per quasi quattro anni abbiamo "vissuto di rendita" grazie alle lezioni che avevamo fatto. Oggi abbiamo ricominciato un nuovo percorso perché avevamo l'esigenza di approfondire alcuni argomenti ed è stato molto bello vedere che Fabiola si ricordava molto bene di noi e del nostro cane. Grazie a Fabiola ed alla scuola noi abbiamo imparato a capire il nostro cane, ad interpretare i suoi componenti e a correggere quelli sbagliati ed ora abbiamo un rapporto con lui che è davvero unico! Fabiola followed us even shortly before the birth of our first child and, knowing our dog very well, she was able to give us the best advice to help him experience the happy event positively. For almost four years we have "lived on income" thanks to the lessons we had done. Today we started a new path because we needed to deepen some topics and it was very nice to see that Fabiola remembered us and our dog very well. Thanks to Fabiola and the school we have learned to understand our dog, to interpret its components and correct the wrong ones and now we have a relationship with him that is truly unique!
