Mi sono recato a comprare della carne per una grigliata e siccome me ne avevano parlato bene, ho comprato una fiorentina da 2Kg , un salame, ed altre cose per conto di miei familiari. Una volta arrivato a casa , non sono stato in grado di fare i conti poichè sullo scontrino erano riportare le singole voci con il relativo peso, ma non la descrizione dell'articolo, quindi ho deciso di pesare i singoli pezzi per poterli distinguere. Il risultato è stato sconvolgente: per ogni articolo risultava un peso superiore tra il 15% ed il 20%. Ho subito chiamato il negozio, comunicando che mi sarei recato il giorno successivo a far ripesare la merce. Mi è stato risposto che probabilmente qualcosa si era appoggiato alla bilancia per ognuno delle sette pesate...... ho chiesto loro di chiudere il discorso con il rimborso della differenza e un omaggio in carne per le scuse, ma mi è stato negato, quindi mi sono recato alla Guardia di Finanza e ai Carabinieri e ho esposto quanto accaduto. Sarà stato un caso? Io vi consiglio di pesare sempre la carne una volta arrivati a casa. Allego i due scontrini prima e dopo il mio reclamo . Ho votato una stella perchè è il minimo sindacale P.S:: Confermo di aver ricevuto il rimborso della sola differenza il giorno successivo (come documentato dai due scontrini pubblicati); mi riferivo al rifiuto del titolare di aggiungere qualcosa per scusarsi della brutta figura che ha fatto I'll tell you about my only experience of 03/26/21. I went to buy some meat for a barbecue and as they had spoken well of it, I bought a 2Kg Florentine, a salami, and other things on behalf of my family. Once I got home, I wasn't able to do the math as the receipt showed the individual items with their weight, but not the description of the item, so I decided to weigh the individual pieces in order to distinguish them. The result was shocking: for each item there was a weight greater than between 15% and 20%. I immediately called the shop, saying that I would go the next day to have the goods reweighed. I was told that probably something had leaned on the scales for each of the seven weighings ... I asked them to close the conversation with a refund of the difference and a meat tribute for an apology, but I was denied, then I went to the Guardia di Finanza and the Carabinieri and explained what happened. Could it have been a coincidence? I advise you to always weigh the meat once you get home. I enclose the two receipts before and after my complaint. I voted a star because it is the minimum wage P.S :: I confirm that I have received the refund of the difference only the next day (as documented by the two receipts published); I was referring to the owner's refusal to add anything to apologize for the bad impression he made
