★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno proposto il gorgonzola stagionato nel passito di Pantelleria,incuriosita l'ho preso. Ieri sera ho fatto una mousse con questo formaggio e l'ho portato ad una cena...non vi dico che figurone! Con le verdure, con il pane, direttamente a cucchiaiate.. sembravamo dei drogati! ?! Mi hanno chiesto la ricetta ma é inutile sottolineare che l'ingrediente segreto é fondamentale. Probabilmente arriverà gente dall'altra parte di Milano x comprare il vostro gorgonzola!

If you want to try something new take their advice, we have always been pleasantly surprised every time. It is absolutely not the usual butcher shop, this is really addicting! Well done
